About Elliott

Hi! I’m Elliott Mitzi Williams and I use he/him/his pronouns.

Over the last two years I’ve had the privilege of supporting more than 20 nonprofits and small businesses in bringing their visions to life. I work at the intersection of strategy and execution. Here’s what I mean by that:

Strategy: A creative and strategic thinker, I ask tough questions, keep the mission at the center, and inspire a shared vision. As a board member for both small non-profits and endowed colleges and foundations, I’ve learned how to think from a birds-eye view. I’ve also gained unique insight into the opportunities and challenges of the non-profit landscape.

Execution: In my five years in the non-profit sector – including two as a Program Director at El Pomar Foundation – I’ve worked in the weeds facilitating strategic conversations, managing programs, implementing project plans, and generating effective communication strategies.

Finally, as a small business-owner myself I understand the joys and pains that come with running a small shop. I love working with fellow entrepreneurs to understand and articulate their work, identify and connect with their audience, and to communicate their unique value to the world.

Originally from Vermont, I moved west to attend Colorado College and have lived here ever since. I’m based in Denver and primarily work with clients in Colorado and New England.
