About Elliott

Hi, I’m Elliott Mitzi Williams and I use he/him/his pronouns.

I bring years of experience in the non-profit sector facilitating strategic conversations, building relationships, designing and implementing project plans, and generating effective communication strategies.

My background in political philosophy drives my deep curiosity and passion for the “why.” A creative and strategic thinker, I ask tough questions, keep the mission at the center, and inspire a shared vision.

Originally from Norwich, Vermont, I moved west to attend Colorado College and have lived here ever since. Based in Denver, I primarily support clients in Colorado, Vermont and New Hampshire.

Values

  • Get ready for lots of questions! I’m always digging to get to the “why” behind our work and decisions. A lifelong learner, I’m happy to try something new if I’ll learn in the process.

  • A team player at heart, I’m willing to jump right in and support your team where you need it most. I’ll give you feedback and expect it back so we can deliver the best work possible.

  • I genuinely want to know and connect with you, your team, and your stakeholders. I derive joy from building relationships and developing a strong foundation for our work. Let’s grab a coffee or go for a trail run!

In my free time, I enjoy frolicking outside!
